Here are some Frequently asked questions we get. You may be able to find an answer your question here before reaching out to our customer support.
How can I get in contact with you?
  • You can contact us through the contact page template, or by emailing us directly at shop@thesootheandsync.com.
How long will it take to get my order? 
  • Our standard shipping estimated delivery times are between 6-14 days from your purchase date, but orders may arrive sooner than that! You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order while it's in transit. 
I haven't received a tracking number, when will it be sent out?
  • All order tracking numbers are sent by email &/or phone number depending on which were provided in the order, and can be found inside your shipping confirmation email (NOT your order confirmation email). Check your inbox, junk folder, & promotions folder to make sure you didn't miss it. We can always resend the shipping confirmation email, so just send us an email and we will resend it to you.
How can I track my order?
  • You can use USPS delivery tracking services to check the status of your order.
What if my order is lost in transit?
  • If your order gets lost in transit or takes longer than 30 days to arrive, reach out to a customer service representative who will assist you in refunds or a replacement of the missing item.
If my order gets lost in transit, is the money back guarantee policy still valid?
  • In the rare case your order gets lost or stuck in transit, we can extend the window in order to ensure your satisfaction. 
What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
  • Any issues you need assistance with can be handled by our customer service team. Please reach out to us at shop@thesootheandsync.com before anything else for a faster resolution!
What do I do if I only received part of my order?
  • We source our products from multiple warehouses. Depending on which products you order, separate items may be packaged and arrive separately. All rules and policies still apply, the only difference is that they may be physically shipped in separate packages. Don't be alarmed if you only received part of your order! Reach out to us if you have any concerns. 
What if I want to cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped out, so reach out to customer service ASAP! We cannot cancel orders after they are shipped out.
What if I decide I don't want the product anymore before it arrives?
  • If your order is unopened and unused, you can return the product even after the 30 day period. Please review our Returns Policy for more details.
Why was my order cancelled?
  • Some activities may flag your order by our store's automatic cybersecurity detection system if several activities match similar behavior to fraudulent orders. These include, but are not limited to: multiple attempted payments, multiple cards being used, billing and shipping addresses not matching up, IP addresses not matching with the billing and/or shipping addresses, and names not matching with the card, billing address, or shipping address used. This is to protect both us and other customers from being a victim of fraud and is for safety reasons. We may ask you for additional information to be provided to complete your order if your order is flagged, or you might need to put a new order through with another payment method. How does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy work?
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you with a refund of your order. All we need from you is to follow the steps outlined in the Refund Policy section on our site. Please review this policy for more details.
