Returns
If you receive your order and change your mind about using the product, reach out to our customer support team at shop@thesootheandsync.com to apply for a return. Your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it in.
- In the original packaging (this does not include the packaging it was shipped in).
Shipping Terms & Address
Ship your unused item to our processing center's address:

- You must cover any shipping costs yourself.
- Once your package is sent, it must be delivered to us, or you must provide us with proof of shipment before the money is returned to your bank account. Because of this, we recommend you use a shipping method that includes tracking to ensure your piece of mind.
Returns Policy Timeframe
Our returns policy lasts more than 30 day money back guarantee period, but you must follow the instructions in order to complete your return successfully. (If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Only returns can be done at this point.)
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You cannot get a successful return this way.
