Shipping Policy

We can ship worldwide. Our estimated delivery times are based on U.S. estimates, and may vary depending on location. If you have questions about how long your order will take if you are shipping outside of the U.S. please feel free to contact us! 

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping, processing, and delivery times can vary, but we estimate that most orders will take between 6-14 days to arrive from your date of purchase.

    • Processing usually takes 1-3 days before shipping out.
    • This is an estimate, orders will often arrive sooner than this, but can also take longer depending on the circumstances.
    • Keep in mind that we source our products from multiple warehouses, so separate items may be packaged and arrive separately.

Because these are estimated times, they should not be followed by the day. If you need an update on your order, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact our help team with your order ID at shop@thesootheandsync.com.

    • If you have not received your order after 30 days, we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
    • Customer satisfaction is important to us and we guarantee to do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your experience shopping with us on the rare occasion that your order is lost or damaged.  
    • If you order different items, they may come in separate shipments, but still will arrive within the estimated delivery times. 

Order Cancellation

We ship items as quickly as possible after the processing time. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us ASAP. If the item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Package Was Not Delivered

While we take pride in processing and shipping your orders as fast as possible, you must notify us of any errors or changes in your address within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • We are NOT responsible for orders returned because of a wrong address.
    • We are NOT responsible for orders not received because the customer wasn't available for delivery.
    • For orders in which customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. This is out of our control. We can send up to one replacement product.

If the tracking information shows the item has been delivered, we treat the item as such. If you have received a delivery notification but your order has not arrived yet, reach out to our customer support for extra guidance.

    • We will encourage you to work with your local post office to retrieve your package. Unfortunately, we cannot communicate with the post office and/or other organizations on your behalf.

In certain cases we may attempt to mitigate the situation by offering you a replacement product, a product at a discounted price, or a partial refund; this will be determined on a case by case basis.
